Draft Frostgrave Star Wars variant rules

On the Miniature Page, the user Norrins in 2015 ran a Star Wars Frostgrave play test and came up with the following rules.

All credit to Norrins, as this is a great idea for those of us used to space opera settings like Star Wars. Frostgrave is enjoyable as it is, but I can't seem to get a campaign to keep going with a buddy.

I could try to coax my other friend Jim to try it out and have him run a Jedi warband to counter my Sith Warband.. or have 2 Sith Warbands fighting each other or whatever.  The premise of Frostgrave is that an ancient city is dethawing, and wizards are hiring muscle to go in and get the lost magic and items, and gain enough experience to finally magically transcend.

Why not port that to Star Wars in any time period? Have Force-users scour obscure planets with lost archaeologic sites, hoping to find lost Jedi and Sith artifacts, and gain experience to transcend like Obi Wan and Yoda.

I spent today crafting some draft rules, which I plan to implement with my friends, just as soon as I paint up some more sci-fi rogues and Jedi types.
